This global event, started by Scott Kelby back in 2007, is now in its 17th year, bringing together photographers of all levels to explore their local areas through the lens of a camera. Since around 2008 or 2009, I&#8217;ve had the privilege of leading these photo walks in Ulsan, and it&#8217;s always been an incredible experience seeing the local photography community come together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For those who may not know, the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk is a unique event where photographers gather in cities around the world to walk, shoot, and share their love for photography. It\u2019s a fantastic way to meet fellow photographers, practice your skills, and capture the beauty of your surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/jasonteale.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/D79A6475-Edit-1-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5513\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jasonteale.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/D79A6475-Edit-1-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/jasonteale.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/D79A6475-Edit-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/jasonteale.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/D79A6475-Edit-1-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/jasonteale.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/D79A6475-Edit-1-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>This Year&#8217;s Walk: A Fantastic Turnout and Perfect Weather<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s walk at Taehwa River National Garden exceeded all expectations. We had a great turnout with photographers joining us from all over Ulsan, and some even made the trip from as far as Gimhae! It was amazing to see so many people excited to spend the day exploring and capturing one of Ulsan\u2019s most picturesque locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The weather couldn\u2019t have been more perfect\u2014clear skies, mild temperatures, and a soft breeze that made for ideal shooting conditions. Whether it was capturing the reflection of the bridges over the river or the fall colors beginning to emerge in the garden, everyone seemed to find something inspiring. People shared tips, compared shots, and made new friends along the way. The sense of community at these events is what keeps me coming back year after year, and this one was no exception. Whether you&#8217;re a seasoned photographer or just starting out, there\u2019s always something to learn, and it\u2019s even better when you&#8217;re surrounded by people who share your passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Heartfelt Thanks and See You Next Year!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I want to extend a big thank you to everyone who came out and made this year&#8217;s walk such a success. Your enthusiasm and creativity are what make these events so special.
